Dear Guests,
Welcome to ARTEVINI Resort & Winery.We wish you a pleasant stay and kindly ask you to observe the following House Rules, which are intended to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests.

1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
- Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
- Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or another accepted identity document) and complete the registration form in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- When accommodating a minor, the legal guardian or accompanying adult may be required to present identification for the child and documentation proving their relationship or legal authority.
- Subject to a confirmed reservation, the resort guarantees the reserved accommodation until the agreed arrival time or in accordance with the reservation conditions.

2. During Your Stay
- Guests are entitled to use their room, the resort’s public areas, and the services included in their reservation.
- Guests are expected to behave considerately towards other guests, resort staff, and resort property.
- Any defects, damage, or extraordinary incidents must be reported to Reception immediately.
- Furniture may not be moved, nor may guests interfere with the technical equipment in guest rooms or public areas without prior approval.
- Sports equipment, bicycles, or other bulky items may not be brought into guest rooms and must be stored in designated areas.
- For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 must not be left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.

3. Borrowed Equipment
- Umbrellas, irons, and ironing boards are available upon request at Reception.
- Borrowed equipment is intended solely for guests’ personal use during their stay.
- Guests are required to return borrowed items in their original condition.
- The resort reserves the right to charge for lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment.
- Additional toiletries are available free of charge upon request at Reception.

4. Visitors
- Visitors who are not registered guests may enter the accommodation area only with prior approval from Reception.
- Visitors are generally permitted in guest rooms between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- The resort reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour may compromise safety, public order, or public decency.

5. Bicycles
- Complimentary bicycle storage is available in designated areas.
- Bicycle racks and charging facilities for e-bikes are available.
- Guests are responsible for securing their bicycles against theft.
- Additional charges may apply for e-bike charging.Advance reservation of bicycle storage is required.

6. Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- During this time, guests are kindly requested to keep noise to a minimum in guest rooms and public areas.
- We appreciate your consideration for other guests throughout your stay.
- Any disturbance of the quiet hours should be reported to Reception.

7. Smoking Policy
- All indoor areas of the resort are strictly non-smoking.
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, heated tobacco products, and similar devices, is permitted only in designated outdoor areas (such as balconies or terraces where permitted).
- Smoking is not permitted in the Wellness area.
- Violation of the smoking policy may result in charges for specialised cleaning, odour removal, and temporary closure of the room, up to CZK 6,000.

8. Safety
- Before leaving the room, guests are requested to close windows, lock the room, switch off lights, and turn off unnecessary electrical appliances.
- High-power electrical appliances are not permitted in guest rooms or public areas, except for standard personal care devices (such as electric razors, chargers, or hair dryers).
- Open flames are prohibited throughout the resort except in designated areas.
- Lost property should be handed in at Reception.
- Dangerous substances, explosives, weapons, or any items posing a risk to health or safety are strictly prohibited.

9. Liability
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
- Guests are also responsible for damage caused by their visitors or accompanying persons.
- The resort’s liability for deposited items is governed by applicable Czech law.
- The resort accepts no responsibility for vehicles or valuables left inside vehicles.
- Guest rights regarding compensation for damage are governed by the Czech Civil Code.
- A replacement fee may be charged for lost keys, key cards, or other access media.

10. Parking
- Complimentary parking is available in designated parking areas.
- Advance reservation is required.
- The resort accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or their contents.
- Guests must comply with all traffic signs and staff instructions.
- Vehicles must be parked considerately so as not to obstruct other guests or suppliers.
- Additional charges may apply for charging electric vehicles.

11. Pets
- Pets are welcome only upon prior arrangement and are subject to a fee of CZK 550 per pet per night.
- Pets must be kept on a leash while in public areas of the resort.
- Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behaviour, hygiene, and any damage caused.
- Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.
- Pets are not permitted in the wellness facilities, swimming pool areas, or food preparation areas.
- Pets are permitted in the restaurant.

12. Wellness & Pool Areas

Guests are required to follow the Wellness Centre Rules at all times.
- Access to public and private wellness areas is subject to applicable charges.
- Current pricing is available at Reception.
- Saunas and hot tubs operate year-round.
- The outdoor pool may be closed outside the main season.
- The wellness facilities operate without permanent supervision.
- The wellness area must not be used during thunderstorms or severe weather.
- Please contact Reception regarding access or payments.
- The entire wellness area is non-smoking.
- Guests must observe basic hygiene before entering the wellness facilities.
- Guests use the wellness facilities at their own risk and are required to follow staff instructions.
- Children under the age of 3 are not permitted. Older children may enter only under parental supervision.
- Additional information can be found in the separate Wellness Rules.

13. Winery & Wine Tastings
- Wine tastings and other events involving alcoholic beverages are intended for guests aged 18 years or older.
- Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and respect other visitors.
- The resort reserves the right to refuse service to persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
- Glassware, bottles, or winery equipment may not be removed without staff permission.

14. Environmental Responsibility
- ARTEVINI Resort & Winery supports environmentally responsible practices and respect for the surrounding landscape.
- Guests are kindly asked to use water and energy responsibly.
- Waste should be disposed of only in designated recycling and waste collection areas.

15. CCTV Monitoring
- Selected public areas of the resort are monitored by CCTV for the protection of persons and property.
- CCTV is operated in accordance with applicable Czech legislation and the GDPR.
- Further information regarding personal data processing is available at Reception.

16. Departure & Compliance
- Guests are required to comply with these House Rules throughout their stay.
- In the event of serious or repeated violations, disruption of public order, damage to property, or behaviour contrary to good conduct, ARTEVINI Resort & Winery reserves the right to terminate the stay without compensation for unused services.
- The resort also reserves the right to refuse future accommodation to guests whose previous stay resulted in serious breaches of these House Rules or damage to resort property.
- Complaints, suggestions, and feedback are welcomed and may be submitted through Reception.
