The Wellness Rules of ARTEVINI Resort & Winery are based on the Resort Operating Regulations approved by the Regional Public Health Authority of the South Moravian Region.
Access to the Wellness Area
- Access to the rooftop wellness area is strictly prohibited during adverse weather conditions, especially during heavy rain or thunderstorms. Lightning may result in serious injury or death. Should weather conditions suddenly deteriorate, all guests must leave the rooftop wellness area immediately.
- Opening hours are daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The outdoor pool operates seasonally, while the hot tubs and saunas are available year-round.
- The wellness area is reserved exclusively for resort guests. External visitors are not permitted unless otherwise specified.
- Access to the wellness area requires a valid admission. Tickets may be purchased at Reception or through the resort website. Current prices are available at Reception and online. Prices are subject to change.
- By entering the wellness area, every guest confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these Wellness Rules and any instructions given by resort staff.
- Access is age restricted. Entry is permitted only for guests aged 6 years and older. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The wellness facilities operate without permanent supervision. Guests use all facilities at their own risk and are expected to behave responsibly to minimise the risk of injury to themselves and others.
- Swimming attire is mandatory throughout the wellness area. Underwear, shorts, or everyday clothing are not permitted. In the textile-free sauna area, guests may enter only without swimwear while using a sauna towel or sheet.
- The resort reserves the right to limit access to or temporarily close parts of the wellness area for maintenance, seasonal operation, or unforeseen circumstances.
Exclusion from the Wellness Area
1. Access will be denied to guests suffering from contagious skin, hair, or infectious diseases, guests under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, and children under six years of age.
2. Guests who repeatedly violate these rules or fail to follow staff instructions may be removed from the wellness area without refund. In serious cases, the Police of the Czech Republic may be contacted.
Guest Guidelines
Guests must comply with these Wellness Rules and follow all instructions given by resort staff. These rules are intended to ensure a safe, orderly, and relaxing environment.
The wellness area is monitored by CCTV for the safety of guests and to ensure compliance with these rules.
Recommended order of use:
- Purchase admission at Reception
- Collect your towel and change in your hotel room
- Shower thoroughly with soap before entering the wellness facilities
- Enjoy the wellness area
4. Guests are encouraged to wear hotel slippers or other clean footwear suitable for wellness facilities.
5. Admission is valid for one calendar day. Guests may enter the wellness area multiple times throughout the day using their room key card.
6. Admission purchased less than two hours before closing is eligible for a 30% discount.
7. Guests are advised not to bring valuables or large amounts of cash into the wellness area. Valuables may be stored in the in-room safe.
8. Swimwear must be clean. Underwear, sports shorts, and similar garments are not permitted in the pools, hot tubs, or saunas. Finnish saunas may only be used without swimwear.
9. Guests must always use a towel or sauna sheet when sitting or lying on benches, loungers, or sauna seating.
10. Before entering the pools or wellness facilities, guests must shower thoroughly with soap. After leaving the wellness area, guests are kindly asked to dry themselves before entering other parts of the hotel. Swimwear may only be wrung out in the showers.
11. Wet surfaces, including stairs, may be slippery. Guests are asked to exercise extra caution.
12. Guests are kindly requested to use water, energy, and all facilities responsibly.
13. Please respect other guests by behaving courteously and keeping noise to a minimum.
14. Guests are personally responsible for any damage, excessive soiling, or loss of borrowed equipment. Compensation may be required.
15. In the event of injury or illness, please notify a member of staff immediately. First aid will be provided and medical assistance arranged if necessary. Guests with epilepsy or other medical conditions use the facilities at their own risk. The resort accepts no responsibility for injuries resulting from negligence or failure to comply with these rules.
The Following Are Strictly Prohibited
- Entering the wellness area without a valid admission.
- Entering restricted or staff-only areas.
- Running, diving, rough play, excessive noise, or any behaviour that may endanger other guests.
- Bringing inflatables, balls, floating devices, or similar recreational equipment into the pools (except inflatable armbands for children where permitted).
- Entering pools without showering first using soap.
- Spitting, blowing the nose into the water, urinating in the pools, littering, or contaminating the facilities in any way.
- Sitting or lying directly on benches or loungers without a towel.
- Access by children under six years of age.
- Bringing chewing gum, glass objects, sharp objects, needles, razor blades, or any dangerous items into the wellness area.
-Bringing chemicals or hazardous substances into the wellness facilities.
- Moving furniture or tampering with technical equipment.
- Entering areas closed off by barriers or ropes, particularly around pools and hot tubs.
- Smoking anywhere within the wellness area.
- Consuming food anywhere within the wellness facilities.
- Bringing glass bottles, drinking glasses, ceramic containers, or similar breakable items into the wellness area. Plastic cups suitable for wellness use are available from Restaurant Fonte upon request.
- Entering with bicycles, scooters, roller skates, or similar equipment.
- Ignoring instructions given by resort staff. Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the wellness area without refund.
- Bringing dogs or other animals into the wellness facilities.
General Provisions
- Opening hours, occupancy information, and operational notices are displayed on information boards, at Reception, and on the resort website.
- Guests must observe all information signs and notices and must not damage or remove them.
- These Wellness Rules are binding for all guests and staff and take effect on the date of approval.
- Any comments, suggestions, or complaints may be submitted at Reception or directly to the Wellness management.
- Thorough showering with soap before entering the pools is mandatory and essential for maintaining clean and hygienic water quality.
Important Notice
The Wellness facilities at ARTEVINI Resort & Winery are a private facility where certain risks, including slipping, drowning, or injuries related to wellness procedures, may occur. Guests are therefore requested to observe these rules, follow all safety instructions, and exercise due care at all times.
These Wellness Rules have been prepared in accordance with applicable Czech legislation governing swimming pools, saunas, and wellness facilities and are binding on all visitors.
